Mammoet are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work from our Naval Base office on a 8 days on and 6 days off roster. This position would suit someone who has the ability to multi task within a fast paced environment and has had exposure mobilising personnel to remote sites in WA.
- Planning casual personnel for all adhoc and shutdown work.
- Facilitation of manning lists for client shutdowns and chasing up pre requisitions prior to mobilisation.
- Liaising with employees, supervisors and clients regarding scope of works, manning and logistics.
- Mobilisation and travel administration - booking medicals, training, inductions and travel
- Raising purchase orders in SAP
- Relief coverage of Planner – equipment and full time personnel planning and SAP planning administration
- Experience working with online mobilisation databases eg. Enable
- Experience in travel and mobilisation administration
- Exposure to the shutdown and construction industries
- Self-Managed and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Experience with SAP administration – purchasing and planning
- Experience in mobilising to FMG, Roy Hill, CPM, RTIO and BHP sites
- Exposure to the heavy lift and heavy haul industry
