Mammoet are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work from our Naval Base office on a 8 days on and 6 days off roster. This position would suit someone who has the ability to multi task within a fast paced environment and has had exposure mobilising personnel to remote sites in WA.
  • Planning casual personnel for all adhoc and shutdown work.
  • Facilitation of manning lists for client shutdowns and chasing up pre requisitions prior to mobilisation.
  • Liaising with employees, supervisors and clients regarding scope of works, manning and logistics.
  • Mobilisation and travel administration - booking medicals, training, inductions and travel
  • Raising purchase orders in SAP
  • Relief coverage of Planner – equipment and full time personnel planning and SAP planning administration
Essential Requirements
  • Experience working with online mobilisation databases eg. Enable
  • Experience in travel and mobilisation administration
  • Exposure to the shutdown and construction industries
  • Self-Managed and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
Desirable
  • Experience with SAP administration – purchasing and planning
  • Experience in mobilising to FMG, Roy Hill, CPM, RTIO and BHP sites
  • Exposure to the heavy lift and heavy haul industry
