Mammoet is currently seeking a Lifting and Transport Engineer with extensive heavy lifting and transport experience to join our friendly team in Naval Base Perth, WA.
The Lifting & Transport Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support in relation to the preparation and review of engineering drawings for transport and lifting works. May also prepare reports, calculations, method statements, sketches and cost proposals.
Attributes we are looking for are:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within a lifting / heavy haulage industry.
Must have a current Australian Driver's License

- Mechanical or structural engineering background with project engineering experience;
- Field experience or exposure to mining and construction projects;
- Technically minded with a keen interest in problem solving;
- Good team player to work in a dynamic work environment;
- Strong communication skills;
- Competent written skills for developing reports, method statements, scopes of work and emails;
- Willingness to continually learn;
- Be self-motivated and can work independently when required;
- Proficient in MS Office suite and AutoCAD;
