Trades Assistants are required for Pluto LNG Project (Onshore) 30km from Karratha. Camp accommodation with ensuite and all meals provided. The project is 12 months in duration with continued work with the company thereafter based upon performance.
The key responsibilities of the role are to; • Able to perform duties, maintaining high standards in both Safety and Quality. • Assist tradespeople by positioning and holding metal stock or products to enable work to be carried out; • Hand tools to tradespeople, and hold tools not immediately required; • Perform assembly and dismantling operations, such as screwing and bolting; • Transport tools, materials and work pieces to and from sites or workbenches; • Clean and prepare working surfaces • Operate grinders, jack hammers etc as instructed • Trade Assistants may specialise as boilermakers assistants, fitters’ assistants.
