This position will require a high level of attention to detail and technical skill and knowledge. Reporting to the Site Superintendents & Operations Managers you will liaise closely with site operational teams, internal departments and Goodline clients.

Goodline requires an experienced and qualified Client Administrator to join our Kawana Waters Team. This position will require a high level of attention to detail and technical skill and knowledge.

Reporting to the Site Superintendents & Operations Managers you will liaise closely with site operational teams, internal departments and Goodline clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide administrative support to department Supervisors
  • Field and respond to any incoming correspondence
  • Co-ordinate with Goodline Supervisors, departments and clients to ensure job documentation is processed in a timely manner
  • Enter & process daily timesheets
  • Assist supervisors in monitoring jobs
  • Prepare jobs for Invoicing & managing WIP
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders
The successful applicant must be able to display the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, be proactive and show initiative and display excellent organisational and time management skills
