Goodline is currently seeking an honest and professional IT Support Officer with a high level of integrity to join their Kawana Waters team on a full time basis. The primary goal of this position is to deliver support to end users.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-Day support of the business via ticketing system including escalation to Level 2/3 support technicians
- Assist with Mobile Device Management including deployment
- Remote assistance of thin client users(Citrix)
- User management(Active Directory)
- On-call support outside business hours
- Actively develop skills through self-study
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Server 2008/2012 and Office 2010/2013 products
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8
- Previous experience with mobile device management(iOS)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Intermediate IP network knowledge
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative in a pressure environment
- Experience with Citrix XenApp 6.5/7.6
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8 deployment services
- Experience with VMware vSphere 5
