- Experience in recruitment
- Experience with FMG & BHP systems
- This is a permanent position
- Monday to Friday
- End to end recruitment of required trades for casual employment
- Co-ordination of manning lists for client Shutdowns
- Co-ordination of employees for shutdowns
- Liaising with clients, supervisors and employees for shutdown scope, manning and logistics
- Accommodation and flight requests
- Management of FIFO crew availability re leave& performance
- Create and maintain candidate pool
- Implement cost saving initiatives for a national shutdown crew.
