Goodline requires experienced and qualified Client Administration Team Leader to join our Kawana Waters team, This position will require a high level of attention to detail and technical skill and knowledge.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working alongside the broader finance teams, you will liaise closely with site operational teams in producing high volume client claims, invoices, and backing paperwork.

With the recent implementation of a new ERP system, the role requires experience in managing the work flow of large teams, in a high transaction volume environment.

In managing all aspects of the Client Administration team of 8+ staff members, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver client claims/invoices within set timeframes
  • Managing Work in Progress to ensure targets are met
  • Review and refinement of workflow as required
  • Staff training and development
  • Performance appraisals
  • Manage overflow and leave support to remote site administration teams
  • Report on weekly volumes, exceptions and bottlenecks
  • Co-ordinate the prompt resolution of client queries
  • Escalate internal and external sensitivities that may potentially impact cash flow
  • Continuous improvement of team systems and processes
  • Client contractor monthly reporting
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Performs well in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Is highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Has experience with trade disciplines
  • Is computer literate and a fast learner
  • Flexible adaptable to change
  • Able to mentor and encourage a team
The person we are looking for will have extensive experience in administering jobs and projects in civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades, dealing with clients and site based supervisors. People with trade and site experience are encouraged to apply.
