Goodline requires an experienced Supervisor – Estimator to join our Northern Territory team. This position will require a high level of attention to detail and technical skill and knowledge.
Essential:
- Engineering degree or trade qualification with extensive experience
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with the client and all stakeholders
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
- Ability to scope required works and price accordingly
- Good leadership skills and able to lead by example
- Ability to uphold and promote Goodline’s strong safety culture
- Good understanding of Quality Assurance Systems and Documentation
- Broad understanding and ability to price works anything from civil, plumbing, mechanical and piping.
- Construction industry White/Blue card
- Experience in the Mining/ Construction industry
- Estimation experience
- Darwin local resident
- Flexible with working away if required
- Project controls experience
- Scheduling experience with either Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- AutoCAD and drafting experience
- Residential role
