Goodline is currently seeking a Recruitment & Mobilisation co-ordinator to join our HR Team in Kawana Waters. This position would suit a computer literate person looking for a very fast paced, busy role.

Essential:

• Organised
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to Prioritise Multiple Tasks
• Self Managed
• Able to work in a Team Environment
• Have a high level of attention to detail

Highly desirable:

• Experience in the Construction Industry
• Experience in high volume recruitment
• Experience in recruiting blue collar workers 
• Experience in Sharepoint

The main responsibilities of a Mobilisation Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

• End to end recruitment process
• Mobilisation of employees to multiple sites
• Liaise daily with Goodline Supervisors/ Employees and Clients
• Make travel arrangements
• Book training, inductions and medicals
