collapse description expand description We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager to join our Kawana office reporting directly to the CFO and Managing Directors. As Payroll Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a team who processes weekly payrolls for employees under multiple Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA’s) across three states.
Essential:
  • Minimum of 5 years working history in Payroll Management or background in Accounting
  • Management experience
  • Construction Industry experience would be an advantage
Other duties include but not limited to:
  • Co-ordinate and management of entire payroll function for over 1000 staff
  • Maintaining employee records from commencement of employment through to termination
  • Ability to read & interpret multiple awards
  • Work with management to continually review key internal controls associated with payroll validity, accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and supervise management reports within the Payroll Team
  • Processing of superannuation, long service leave, redundancy funds and child support.
  • Payroll System improvement Projects, maintenance & change management as required


We are looking for a proactive person who has commendable leadership skills. A high level of attention to detail is crucial and an advanced knowledge of Payroll, is a must.
