We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager to join our Kawana office reporting directly to the CFO and Managing Directors. As Payroll Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a team who processes weekly payrolls for employees under multiple Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA’s) across three states.

- Minimum of 5 years working history in Payroll Management or background in Accounting
- Management experience
- Construction Industry experience would be an advantage
- Co-ordinate and management of entire payroll function for over 1000 staff
- Maintaining employee records from commencement of employment through to termination
- Ability to read & interpret multiple awards
- Work with management to continually review key internal controls associated with payroll validity, accuracy and completeness
- Manage and supervise management reports within the Payroll Team
- Processing of superannuation, long service leave, redundancy funds and child support.
- Payroll System improvement Projects, maintenance & change management as required
We are looking for a proactive person who has commendable leadership skills. A high level of attention to detail is crucial and an advanced knowledge of Payroll, is a must. |
