With potential upcoming works Goodline is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced HSE Advisors to join our Goodline HSE team. Applicants falling within this discipline should possess the following experience and skills:

With potential upcoming works Goodline is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced HSE Advisors to join our Goodline HSE team. Applicants falling within this discipline should possess the following experience and skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable effective communications with all stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques
- Ability to develop, schedule and conduct HSE audits on a project
- Extensive knowledge in Risk Management
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines in a multidiscipline environment
- Proven ability to work constructively in a team environment and value add
- Ability to work a project roster on a Fly in Fly out arrangement
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence change
- Extensive HSE training capability
- Ability to set up a project HSE Management system and comply with all internal and client HSE requirements
- Proven ability in change management concentrating on cultural change
- Knowledge of and interpretation of HSE legislation, standards, codes of practice will be highly regarded
- Diploma of OHS preferred however Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety maybe considered based on experience
- Preferably 5yrs demonstrated experience in mining, construction or civil industries
- Apply First Aid Certificate
- Training and Assessor qualification
- Trained in Investigation Techniques such as ICAM or TAPROOT desired
- Construction White Card
