Goodline is an experienced construction and maintenance company specialising in serving remote areas of Australia, with offices in Weipa (QLD), Darwin (NT) and Port Hedland (WA).
We specialise in steel fabrication, steel erection, demolition, scaffolding, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and civil works. Our client services range from project conception to project management to ongoing maintenance. We pride ourselves on offering tailored and innovative solutions to the mining, construction, maintenance and building industries.
Due to an internal restructure within our ever growing HR team, Goodline now requires an Experienced Travel Coordinator for a full time basis at our Kawana Waters Office.

Reporting to the HR team leader duties will include but are not limited to:

Reporting to the HR team leader duties will include but are not limited to:
- Making regular RNR bookings
- Making daily mobilisation flight and accommodation bookings
- Booking accommodation for employees
- Liaising with employees and supervisors
- Updating RNR rosters
- Creating and completing Purchase Orders
- Must have a travel / flight booking background
- Excellent Administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Professional manner in dealing with crew, clients and internal staff
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs, particularly Excel and Word
