In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the Developers representative.
- Liaising with stakeholders (developer, builder, tenant) in order to progress the development to completion.
- Managing site progress and reporting to Senior Management on progress.
- Acting as the key point of contact on day-to-day activities and managing issue resolution to ensure the progress of the development.
- A previous background in commercial building developments in a Project Management or Senior Supervisor capacity.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in delivering Commercial Building projects.
- Whilst a WA Building licence is preferred, this is not essential.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
