As part of our continued growth, PIC is expanding our capability within our Electrical Division, and we are looking for an Electrical Supervisor with strong prior experience to play a pivotal role in the continued success of the company over the long term.
Based at our Naval Base offices, and reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading small work crews of personnel to deliver our various projects (including instillation, ongoing maintenance, and shutdown projects), either within the Perth metropolitan area or remotely.

Ideally, the successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Supervisory or Leading Hand role.
- WA Electrical license
- Current Drivers Licence
- OHS Construction White Card
- Section 44
- First Aid, CPR, LVR
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- The ability to lead pre-starts and toolbox talk discussions
- The ability to drive productivity and effectively lead teams of electricians and trades assistants
- The ability to read and understand complex electrical drawings
- The ability to perform take offs and order materials
- The ability to track productivity and complete daily/weekly reports
- A desire to work and travel to various locations, including remote site work as required.
