collapse description expand description Centrals are seeking an experienced Site Administrator for an immediate start on one of our upcoming projects in Port Hedland, WA. Your FIFO project roster will be 3 weeks on and 1 week off. WA based candidates are highly regarded.

Centrals are seeking an experienced Site Administrator for an immediate start on one of the FMG North Star Project near Port Hedland, WA. Your FIFO project roster will be 3 weeks on and 1 week off. WA based candidates are highly regarded. Candidates with previous FMG experience will be highly regarded. 

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Ensuring document control processes are adhered to.
  • Maintain site mobilisation and training matrix’s and registers.
  • Maintain site rosters and coordinating all flight bookings including R&R and connecting flights for internal and external parties as required.
  • Assist with processing invoices, cost reports, purchase orders, subcontractor invoices and payments and other required documentation in a timely manner consistent with company procedures and contract requirements.
  • Work with HR Department regarding site mobilisations and ensuring relevant procedural compliance.
  • Submit weekly timesheets to the payroll department and assisting with payroll queries as required.
  • Provide any other administrative support services to site personnel.
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administration environment
  • Previous FMG experience will be highly regarded
  • White/Blue Card
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen
  • Previous experience in FIFO role within the mining sector
  • Previous exposure to Pronto is desirable
  • Previous ERMS experience is desirable
  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and with a professional attitude
  • Sound computer skills with knowledge of the MS Office Suite
