Duties
The successful applicants will demonstrate a high attention to detail and have proven organisational and time management skills. The successful applicants will also be responsible professionals with a genuine commitment towards all aspects of Health, Safety and the Environment.
As part of the recruitment process all applicants will be required to undergo a company medical examination prior to selection.
Applicants from the Eastern states will be considered however all required travel to Perth will be at their own expense.

- Mixing and pouring of concrete into formwork and assisting with formwork
- Preparation of mortar products
- Spreading and levelling of concrete using rakes, shovels, hand and machine trowels
- Screeding and finishing concrete including chipping, scraping and grinding of high spots, ridges and rough projections using pneumatic chisels, power grinders and hand tools
- Curing of concrete and monitoring the effects of weather during the curing process
- Assisting with backfill, vibration and concrete compaction
- Sanding and patching
- Installing fixtures in concrete such as anchor bolts, steel plates and door sills
- Other general duties as required e.g. yard & work-site cleaning, storage-area maintenance, spotting duties
- Nationally recognised Construction Safety Awareness Card is essential
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the construction, mining and resource industries is preferred
- Previous experience in civil construction and concrete works is essential
