We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Trade Assistant / Storeperson to join the Emeco team at Carosue Dam on 9 days on, 5 days off roster. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor the successful candidate will support an experienced team to maintain and repair Emeco Equipment.

The Position

The Position
We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Trade Assistant / Storeperson to join the Emeco team at Carosue Dam on 9 days on, 5 days off roster. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor the successful candidate will support an experienced team to maintain and repair Emeco Equipment.
Successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Manage all goods incoming and outgoing;
- Perform stocktakes;
- General housekeeping of store and workshop;
- Preparation of work tasks;
- Assisting with equipment repairs and fault finding;
- Providing support to tradespersons including Mechanics, Auto Electricians and Boilermakers; and
- Unloading trucks, containers and products as required.
- A strong commitment to safety;
- Previous experience in a Trades Assistant or Storeperson role within a mining,mining services or heavy industrial industry;
- HR drivers licence
- Strong analytical skills with a solutions focus; and
- The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
