We are seeking an experienced Quality Administrator to join our onsite team at the Wheatstone Project.

Giovenco services the mining, hydrocarbon, infrastructure and related industrial sectors, in both new project delivery and existing asset management. Our teams work with our clients in operations throughout Australia. Giovenco has been subcontracted by Bechtel to provide painting, insulation and fireproofing services on the Chevron-operated Wheatstone Project.
Wheatstone Project
The Chevron-operated Wheatstone Project is one of Australia’s largest resource projects. Located at Ashburton North, 12 kilometres west of Onslow in Western Australia, the project will consist of two LNG trains with a combined capacity of 8.9 million tonnes per annum and a domestic gas plant.
The Role
This challenging role provides support to our Quality team. It will be critical to your success that you have a firm understanding of quality management systems, are familiar with ISO 9001:2008 and would be considered to have an advanced level of Excel skills. In addition to your QA/QC duties, you will also be involved with Document Control support and assisting with the administration of Turnover documentation.
Roster: 3 weeks on/ 1 week off
Point of Hire: Perth, Western Australia
Accommodation: Onsite Camp Accommodation
Transport: Fly-in, fly-out from Perth

Key Responsibilities
- Administration of internal auditing schedules, reports and notifications
- Provide assistance to the quality team for Client and Internal reports
- Maintenance of quality records
- Internal quality document control, and providing support to the document control team as required
- Document design and creation
- Assisting with the maintenance and packaging of IWP and turnover documents
- Monitor and update calibration register for all test equipment, and arrange recalibration as required
- Data entry
To succeed in this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;
- Past experience in a similar role – 3+ years (candidates without experience will not be considered)
- Excellent understanding of Quality Control and Assurance processes
- Advanced Excel skills, and a strong capability with the MS Office suite
- Firm understanding of ISO 9001:2009 and Quality Management Systems
- Strong team player, capable of working collaboratively and equally capable of self-initiating tasks
- Clear and articulate communication style
- Strong time management, capable of operating in an environment with shifting priorities and demands
- Experience working is a FIFO environment, with Construction/ LNG experience
- Commitment to Project completion
- Formal studies within Quality related programs will be highly regarded
