Here’s what we need from you:
- Degree qualified (Software Engineering, IT or Natural Resource discipline) or close to qualification
- Previous support desk experience preferred
- A strong interest in software products
The fine print of this gig:
You will report to the EnviroSys Support Manager and be based at our Adelaide office. Your role will be to provide service desk and other support services for our Environmental data management software product EnviroSys. Tasks will include:- Support ticket triage
- Take service desk phone calls
- Perform customer installation health checks
- Perform Level 1 and 2 incident resolution
