Maintenance Supervisor

Mader International is seeking expressions of interest for hands on Maintenance Supervisors with Heavy Duty Mechanical experience. Applicants must be able to work in Australia, Asia and Africa as required and be committed to making improvements to customer’s operations while coaching local workers.

Mader International is a Hong Kong company providing Heavy Mining Equipment maintenance services to developing regions of the international mining industry. Our ability to respond quickly to demand, deliver on commitments, and work in close partnership with local teams sets us apart from the competition.

Required skills and experience:

• Australian recognised Heavy Duty Mechanical trade certificate
• Strong background in diagnosis and repairs of mining machines.
• Extensive knowledge of OEM maintenance procedures and systems
• Maintenance system experience with programs such as SAP, Pronto or JDE.
• Strong communication skills and intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel packages
• Training, mentoring and supervisor experience.
