collapse description expand description We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our freindly team, arranging all travel and mobilisation requirements for WA mine sites.
Mader Contracting is a fast growing company, deploying more than 90 quality tradespeople throughout the major mining regions of Western Australia, as well as prominent mines in South Australia and Central Africa through Mader International Ltd. We pride ourselves on ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times through our strong team culture, dedication and skills within the industry.

Working hours for this position are 8:30 – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Booking and managing employee flights for a variety of mine sites, primarily within WA.
  2. Booking and managing accommodation for employees.
  3. Liaising with site staff and employees to ensure smooth entry and exit from sites, also including any travel changes.
  4. Completion of relevant site specific paperwork for all clients.
  5. Booking and updating site specific inductions and medical requirements
  6. Monitoring of employee licenses/tickets due to expire to ensure validity is kept at all times for site access.
Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, site experience is preferred however not essential.
  • Proven experience booking flights and accommodation direct with relevant providers.
  • Ability to use Enable or other leading industry personnel systems
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and proactive attitude
  • Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
