Mader Contracting are renowned for providing quality tradespeople to the Australian Mining Industry.

We are always seeking experiences Supervisors to provide on site support for a variety of customers across Western Australia.

You will need:
  • Heavy Duty Mechanical Trade Qualification (Australian recognised)
  • Proven mine site supervisory experience working with large OEM mobile machinery, Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi.
  • Strong focus on promoting and ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures
  • Ability to work in high pressure environments with a variety of deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Able to work shift work
  • Valid C class driver’s licence
 Current work tickets such as forklift, EWP and WAH is desired.
