We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Senior Process Engineer to join our Operations Improvement team. This position will focus on improving production through monitoring and controlling critical parameters for optimal output through to project work where you can introduce improvements to enhance the sustainability of the business.

Responsibilities of the position will include:
- Being actively involved in the design, construction and commissioning of minor and major plant upgrades.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in operating practices and plant design.
- Monitoring and adjusting critical plant parameters to ensure process outputs and specifications are achieved.
- Providing production, maintenance and reliability teams with technical support to resolve both day to day and long term solutions to operational detractors and risks.
- Being actively involved in trial work and research and development projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of engineering process proposals.
- A tertiary chemical engineering qualification.
- Sound experience in a process engineering role.
- Proven experience managing minor and major improvement projects.
- Motivation, enthusiasm and desire to get involved and drive improvements.
- A sound knowledge of safety systems and processes.
