The Wheatstone Employment Portal is managed by Bechtel for the purpose of gathering applications from persons interested in employment on the Wheatstone project. The Wheatstone Employment Portal is a Bechtel strategy to ensure that all organisations contracted by Bechtel to supply services to the Wheatstone Project have an adequate supply of labour. Bechtel recognises and respects your privacy, and this document indicates how we manage your personal information. Access to Information
Employment on the Wheatstone project can be via Bechtel OR any one of its approved contractors therefore, prior to registering on this portal you must be aware that if you register on this Portal you may be submitting Personal and Sensitive information which may be accessed by:
- Bechtel
- Any organisation with a formal supply contract to Bechtel to supply services to the Wheatstone project.
- Any person with a lawful entitlement to obtain the information

We primarily hold personal information for the purpose of considering candidates for employment on the Wheatstone project which may be:
- Permanent employment with Bechtel or one of its suppliers
- Contract employment with Bechtel or one of its suppliers

Personal and sensitive information will be collected from you directly when you complete an online profile and/or CV and will be accessible by Bechtel or an organisation with a formal supply contract for consideration for a specific or general application.
How your Information will be used
Your personal and sensitive information may be accessed by Bechtel or its suppliers for assessment as to your suitability for a range of employment opportunities on the Wheatstone project.
Access and Correction
Subject to Privacy Principle 6, you have the right to see and have a copy of personal information and sensitive information about you that we hold. If any personal information or sensitive information about you is incorrect, you may request that we change that information.
